Carlos Sanchez

Carlos is a Partner at the firm and practices primarily in the area of transactions law including residential/commercial real estate, trusts & estates, bankruptcy, business/corporate and general litigation. He represents numerous businesses, individuals and non-profit entities.  His background includes work for Fortune 500 companies and has successfully closed thousands of transactions ranging from single family homes to multi-million dollar financing for Capital Development Projects.  He dedicates a portion of his time to pro bono work.  Recently, he worked with Legal Services of New Jersey’s Anti Predatory Lending Unit.  He also does work with the Somerset County Coalition on Affordable Housing. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association, Somerset County Bar (where he was the Past Co Chair of the Real Estate and Diversity Committee) and the Middlesex County Bar Association. He recently finished a 4 year term on the District XIII Ethics Committee.  Carlos graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996 and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar that same year. He completed his undergraduate education at Rutgers University (New Brunswick Campus) in 1993.
