Rebenack Settles Trucking Accident Litigation for $685,000
RAM Law Partner, Ed Rebenack, recently negotiated a $685,000 settlement for the victim of a tractor-trailer accident. A 78,000 pound tractor-trailer rear-ended the RAM Law client at an intersection on Route 1 in East Brunswick, NJ. The client suffered two herniated discs in his neck which worsened over time. Eventually the client required the removal of two discs and fusion of the vertebrae. The case settled after two years of litigation and shortly before trial.
